This platinum-cured silicone hose is built for applications that demand both high pressure resistance and vacuum capability while maintaining excellent structural stability. The polyester braid provides exceptional burst strength, and the SS 316L helical wire prevents kinking and collapse under suction — a rugged, long-lasting solution for dynamic and static installations.

Peroxide-cured silicone is a robust, cost-effective choice for industrial and non-critical transfer. We supply both and will advise the right grade for your process.

Depending on the grade selected: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, USP Class VI, ISO 10993, EU 1935/2004 food-contact, RoHS and REACH statements, plus batch material certificates and dimensional reports.
Sampling quantities are available for evaluation. Production MOQ depends on the profile/tool; we confirm it with the quotation.
Stocked lines ship within a few working days. Custom extrusions and moulded parts are typically confirmed per order after drawing sign-off.
