Manufacturing Capabilities
The process
From compound to finished part
Six disciplines, one roof — every step specified, controlled and recorded.
Compounding
Base silicone blended with pigments, additives and reinforcing filler to hit the target durometer, colour and cure system — platinum or peroxide.
Extrusion
Continuous extrusion of tube, cord, strip and complex profiles, with in-line dimensional control and post-cure.
Moulding
Compression and transfer moulding for gaskets, O-rings, bellows, diaphragms and stoppers.
Reinforcement
Polyester braid and SS 316L helical-wire constructions for pressure, vacuum and duct service.
Finishing
Trimming, splicing, bonding, surface treatment and sub-assembly.
Inspection & packing
Dimensional and batch checks, then cleanroom-grade packing appropriate to the application.
Grades
Two cure systems, one standard.
Platinum-cured
Addition-cured, odourless and low in extractables — the choice for medical, pharmaceutical and high-purity food contact.
- USP Class VI capable
- ISO 10993 capable
- FDA 21 CFR 177.2600
Peroxide-cured
Robust and cost-effective for industrial transfer, sealing and non-critical duty — we’ll advise which is right for your process.
- Industrial transfer
- Sealing & gasketing
- General engineering
