Product information
Anti-Static Silicone Tubes are engineered to prevent the build-up of static electricity, ensuring safe transfer and handling of sensitive materials such as powders, flammable chemicals, or electronics. By incorporating conductive additives into high-quality silicone, these tubes effectively dissipate electrostatic charges without compromising the inherent flexibility, purity, and durability of silicone.
Key features
- Static dissipation — prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) in powder handling, solvent transfer, and electronics manufacturing
- Flexible and durable — retains elasticity and resilience after repeated use and temperature extremes
- Temperature resistance — performs reliably from −60 °C to +200 °C without cracking or deformation
- Chemical compatibility — resistant to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, and cleaning agents
- Non-contaminating — suitable for pharmaceutical cleanrooms and electronics assembly lines
Benefits
- Custom formulations — tailored conductivity levels to meet your safety standards
- Precision manufacturing — uniform inner and outer diameters for smooth, efficient flow
- Compliance ready — can be manufactured to meet FDA, USP Class VI, and other standards
- Colour-coding options — standard or bi-colour designs for quick identification

Values are for standard silicone grades as published by Makvin Polymer. Exact dimensions, tolerance, durometer and compliance are confirmed against your specification at quotation.
- Powder Transfer Lines – Safely convey powders in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries without risk of ignition or contamination.
- Electronics Manufacturing – Prevent ESD damage during assembly or transfer of components.
- Solvent & Chemical Transfer – Used in environments where static build-up can cause operational hazards.
- Cleanroom Equipment – Integrated into controlled environments where purity and safety are essential.
Datasheets, material declarations (FDA / USP Class VI), RoHS/REACH statements and dimensional drawings for this product are issued on request with your quotation.
Request documentationPlatinum-cured silicone is addition-cured — odourless, low in extractables and preferred for medical, pharmaceutical and high-purity food contact. Peroxide-cured silicone is a robust, cost-effective choice for industrial and non-critical transfer. We supply both and will advise the right grade for your process.
Yes. Most items are produced to your drawing — bore/OD, wall, length, cross-section, durometer and colour. Send dimensions with your quote request.
Depending on the grade selected: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, USP Class VI, ISO 10993, EU 1935/2004 food-contact, RoHS and REACH statements, plus batch material certificates and dimensional reports.
Sampling quantities are available for evaluation. Production MOQ depends on the profile/tool; we confirm it with the quotation.
Stocked lines ship within a few working days. Custom extrusions and moulded parts are typically confirmed per order after drawing sign-off.
