  1. Material Development
    A compound was formulated in house to ensure thermal stability, electrical insulation, and flame resistance.
  2. Tooling and Prototyping
    Customized extrusion dies were developed within 48 hours. Samples were produced in multiple wall thicknesses for evaluation and fitment testing.
  3. Performance Validation
    The sleeves were tested for:
    • Thermal aging resistance
    • Volume resistivity and dielectric strength
    • Flame retardance, achieving good inflammability ratings as per the required standard
  4. Final Production & Dispatch
    After successful validation, the sleeves were manufactured, labeled for traceability, and dispatched within 7 working days.
